The Landscape Documents are technical studies of intermediate scale (supramunicipal sphere) that are being prepared for all of Navarra. Analyze, identify, characterize, evaluate, plan and propose a landscape management model of the entire field of study selected, territory that corresponds to areas (complete or parts) of the five Territorial Planning Plans of Navarra.
The Landscape Documents must integrate and develop the foundations established in the Territorial Planning Plans (POT) in landscape matters, and aim to contribute to the protection, management and management of the different landscapes of Navarra. They must also facilitate the implementation of the measures proposed at the different scales (local, regional and regional) through determinations applicable to plans and projects.
As an essential part of the process, an application on the NASGVINSA ArcGIS On-Line infrastructure has been designed, in which the results of the Landscape Document (UP and PAE) have been offered interactively for public evaluation, at the level of delimitation and denomination.
Application of Special Attention Landscapes DPPOT05Application of Special Attention Landscapes DPPOT05 During the VSP process, the progress of the Document has been shown, allowing participants to evaluate the results through different georeferenced documentary funds (aerial photographs, historical photographs and topographic maps) as a means to organize and present the information.
Finally, as determined by the CEP, it is essential to incorporate the perception that the population has about the landscapes, so a parallel process of obtaining the social vision of the landscape (VSP) that is integrated into all phases of the study. The VSP is essential to get to know the perception that citizens and territorial agents have of their landscapes and, in turn, allows to transmit the relevance that the landscape acquires in the cultural, ecological, environmental, social and economic field and seek the implication of the population in landscape management and conservation.
