The purpose of this document is the drafting of the basic project and execution of an industrial building in the SUNP 37 Costa Vella industrial estate, on plot 16, in Santiago de Compostela. With a constructed area of about 1,600 m², the warehouse for the construction materials warehouse was designed, but with the idea of making it possible to divide it into two or four, without altering structural elements or modifying the appearance of a single interior volume.

The solution of the facades with slats, adjustable in the areas of the windows and fixed in the hidden areas give it a clean and large image. The access door is opened, generating a backup zone at the entrance to the offices.

The rear façade, with the same structure, is solved with a translucent double cell polycarbonate panel that allows the light to pass, significantly improving the working conditions inside..
