The purpose of this document is to write the basic project HOUSING BUILDING IN CALLE CERRADA 4 in LOGROÑO (LA RIOJA)

The project is carried out at the request of the City of Logroño, after the public tender of building blueprints for the land program of 2001. This project has been carried out by BAU Estudio de Arquitectura y Urbanismo SL, acting on his behalf Manuel Borobio Sanchiz.

The Program object of the contest, sought to respond to a promotion of small homes aimed at young people and the elderly.

The proposal has sought to open the house towards a community space, which favors the relationship of its inhabitants, so the occupation area was reduced, betting from the beginning on open spaces, as a value and fundamental attraction that will revalue a dead end turning it into a south-facing garden.

This basic project raises eight homes. One of them designed for disabled people and located on the ground floor, without architectural barriers, four with two bedrooms, and three apartments located on the third floor. All of them comply with the regulations corresponding to the uses and surfaces.

The low deck is intended for the use of storage rooms, and the floor of San Grego-Rio Street has been designed as a garage for seven seats.

Special importance has been given in communication through a private passage between the closed street and San Gregorio street.
