Design, development and configuration of the AGOL geoportal and web applications of the Plena Inclusión organization
Challenge and context
This scorecard represents a significant and innovative advancement in the Open Data Management of the Plena Inclusión Confederation. It seeks to provide citizens with a web platform that facilitates access to the data and territorial information of the different federations, entities and services offered by Plena Inclusión throughout the country. The application is developed within the framework of the design GEOPORTAL of the Plena Inclusión open data Geoportal carried out by ABTEMAS, as ESRI's PARTNER BRONZE de ESRI.
Development and Scope
The definition and scope of the project have been established in collaboration with the Plena Inclusión team. Needs were identified and a plan was created to address both the technical, social and administrative aspects of the project. During 2022, all the information related to the federations and entities was digitized, allowing anyone to access the map with their location and location. In the second phase, an application was developed to register the services of each entity and geolocate them on the map according to the autonomous community to which they belong.
Featured features
The Dashboard of the Full Inclusion Confederation offers a wide range of functionalities that make it an indispensable tool for the visualization and scope of services:
- Access to up-to-date information: It allows you to consult all federations, entities and services at the national level in real time, including their location and information of interest.
- Intuitive Information Display: The application provides a real-time visualization of all the services offered by the Confederation. Each service is counted and displayed intuitively within the map.
- Participation: The scorecard has the internal participation of those in charge of entities in each autonomous community for the registration of services.
Impacto
The Dashboard has not only improved information on Plena Inclusión services, but has also contributed to the internal development of all entities. Its updating and visualization make it a key project to promote the visibility and reach of the services offered by the Confederation to the citizens of the country.
This project is another clear example of ABTEMAS social commitment to innovation and the improvement of information for the benefit of citizens. This project highlights the importance of geospatial technology in the scope and accessibility of information for all citizens.
