Design, development and configuration of the Community Connectors application of the Full Inclusion organization
Challenge and context
This scorecard represents an innovative advance in the management of open data of theConfederación de Plena Inclusión, promoting its project"Mi Casa: una vida en comunidad".The Conectores Comunitarios were born as part of this initiative that promotes deinstitutionalization, offering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities alternatives to live independently in their communities. Through this web platform, Community Connectors seek to facilitate access to key data and resources, allowing citizens to visualize community support services and networks. The profiles of community agents include: Proximity Public Resources and Services (RSPP), Social Fabric (TJS), Collaborating Business Fabric (TEC) e Supra-Community Institutions and Services (ISS), all committed to social inclusion. The application is developed within the framework of the design GEOPORTAL of the Plena Inclusión Open data carried out byABTEMAS, as PARTNER BRONZE de ESRI.
Development and Scope
The project has been designed in close collaboration with the Conectores Comunitarios the Plena Inclusión. In 2024, all the information on the connectors was digitized, allowing anyone to access a map with their location and details. In a second phase, an internal survey was implemented through Survey123Connect, which allows Federations and Full Inclusion Entities to register nine collaborators. The final phase consistedof the development of a web application or dashboard that allows the public visualization of information by autonomous communities, promoting the active participation of agents.

The Community Connectors Dashboard offers a number of key functionalities that make it a reference tool for visualising support services and networks:
- Access to up-to-date information: It allows you to consult, by autonomous community, the different profiles of registered community agents.
- Intuitive Information Display: The app allows you to search and filter agents by profile on the map, providing a count of the selected profile and a real-time view of agents in each area..
- Participation: The scorecard includes the participation of representatives of each autonomous community, who have the capacity to record and keep updated the information of the community agents.
Impact
This Scorecard has significantly improved access to information on community agents of the Full Inclusion Community Connectors project, promoting both the internal development of the participating entities and the visibility and scope of the services offered. The constant updating and accessibility of this platform make the project an essential initiative to connect citizens with inclusive services in their communities.
This project is another clear example ofABTEMAS social commitment to innovation and improvement of information in favour of citizens. This project highlights the importance of geospatial technology in reaching and accessibility to information for all citizens.
