In May 2020, after the completion of the landfill, it was necessary to evaluate the impact on different economic sectors, being tourism, and the activities related to it, one of the most affected.

In this work a compilation of different sources of public information was carried out to structure and organize them in such a way as to allow for integrated analyses with all of them.

The base data of the work are those corresponding to the 2011 Housing Census, the estimate of the housing stock of the Ministry of Development of 2013, with a projection to 2020 as well as those of the Registry of Tourism Companies and Activities of the first quarter of 2020.
