Confidentiality notice

Email messages sent by Abtemas SL and any attachments are confidential and intended solely for their addressee. They may contain privileged, confidential or legally protected information.

If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any use, reproduction, disclosure or distribution is strictly prohibited. If you have received this message in error, please notify the sender immediately and permanently delete it without retaining any copy.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

Personal data contained in email communications is processed for the purpose of managing the commercial, professional or administrative relationship between Abtemas SL and the sender or recipient of the message.

The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller in maintaining its commercial and professional relationships, pursuant to Article 6.1.f of the GDPR. Where the email forms part of the performance of a contract, the legal basis is Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.

Retention period

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the communication and for the duration of the commercial or professional relationship, as well as for any additional periods required by applicable legal obligations.

Disclosure of data

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so or where it is strictly necessary for the provision of the contracted service.

Rights of data subjects

Any person may exercise the following rights recognised by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD by sending a written request to the data controller at the address indicated above or by email to abtemas@abtemas.es, stating the right they wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of their identity document.
